Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping through FedEx Express and DHL Express and our estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Orders are processed and dispatched on business days, excluding local holidays in the United Kingdom.

UK Delivery

Free shipping is available on all orders over £1,000. For those under £1,000, delivery costs of £15.00 will be applied at checkout. 

Dispatched orders are normally delivered within 3 business days.. 

International Delivery

For delivery to Europe, free shipping is available on all orders over €2,750. For those under €2,750, delivery costs of up to €125.00 will be applied at checkout. Orders for delivery to Europe will take 5 - 10 business days.

For delivery to the USA, free shipping is available on all orders over $3,000. For those under $3,000, delivery costs of up to $150.00 will be applied at checkout. Orders for delivery to the USA will take 5 - 10 business days. Deliveries to other international countries will take up to 14 business days

Sales Tax & Duties

Unless otherwise agreed or stated, for sales made and delivered to customers outside the United Kingdom, the price is invoiced exclusive of tax and VAT, customs duties and any other taxes applicable to the products in the country of delivery will be payable by the customer and may be claimed on delivery. 

Tanner Krolle is not legally liable for VAT, customs duties or any other tax on these imports and cannot therefore be held responsible for the payment of these sums where applicable. 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives. Tanner Krolle is not responsible for delays caused by the shipper or by the customs clearance outside of the control of Tanner Krolle.

Refused Delivery 

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred.

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased online may be returned for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of the order’s arrival, provided they are in perfect condition and with their original packaging and receipt intact. Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer (including import/export duties)
