Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Tanner Krolle is not responsible for delays caused by the shipper or by the customs clearance.

UK Delivery

Dispatched orders are normally delivered within 3 working days, between 9am and 6 pm. We would  ask to be available to sign for your order, otherwise it will be kept by the courier which will contact you to rearrange the delivery.

International Delivery

Delivery within Europe (excluding UK) costs £20. Delivery to mainland China, Hong Kong SAR of China, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, North Korea and Thailand costs £50 and is subject to local duties and taxes. 
Delivery to Rest of The World costs £30 and is subject to local duties and taxes,
Orders for delivery to Europe or the USA will take 3-5 business days, while deliveries to other international countries will take up to 7 business days.

Sales Tax

For customers outside of the  UK you may be charged local sales tax at the point of delivery dependent on your local tax laws.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased online may be returned for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of the order’s arrival, provided they are in perfect condition and with their original packaging and receipt intact. Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer (including import/export duties)

Bespoke and personalised items

Please note that items that have been personalised (Embossing / Custom Made) or Bespoke can be neither exchanged nor refunded.
